The DenteMax Discount Dental Plan is a discount or "reduced-fee" dental plan. This plan is designed for health conscious consumers looking to maintain their oral health and minimize their dental care expenses.
General dentists who participate in the DenteMax Discount Dental Plan have agreed to accept a discounted fee as payment in full for each service performed. These discounted fees are up to 40% less than what a dentist would normally charge. A sample table of DenteMax Discount Dental Plan discounted fees can be found below.

When you join the DenteMax Discount Dental Plan with DentalPlans.com, your membership package materials are provided instantly online in the DentalPlans.com Member's Area. This online membership package (OMP) includes:

A complete fee schedule with discounted fees on nearly every dental procedure
You may choose any general dentist or specialist who is currently active and listed in the provider directory. You do not have to pre-select your dentist and you may change at any time. A visit to a specialist does not require a referral.

The dental provider listings on DentalPlans.com are provided directly from each dental network or dental plan, who are responsible for its accuracy and completeness. These listings are updated on a monthly basis, and every effort has been made to ensure that only participating active providers are listed. We strongly recommend that you confirm that a provider is currently participating before you receive any services from that provider. Please see Member's Agreement for more details.
This plan is based geographically by ZIP code in terms of provider participating and location. Fee schedules and savings may vary by ZIP code.
Plans offered by DentalPlans.com are not dental insurance policies and the plans do not make payments directly to the providers of dental services. The plan member is obligated to pay the dentist for all the dental care services that he or she will receive, but, he or she will receive a pre-negotiated discount from the dentists listed as providers in the network in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedule. The dental plans provide discounts at certain dentists for dental services.
